We have chosen DPD Next Day for our courier service as we want to offer the most flexible and convenient delivery service to our customers.
DPD Predict service provides parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don't have to wait in all day. It also enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot.
DPD provide access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits them. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday

Currently we only ship to the UK and Ireland via the shop.

Please include in the 'subject box' the words International Delivery - followed by your country name. In the 'message box' please include your full name and address (where the items would be dispatched to) and indicate the product and quantity you require.
We only accept payments in British Pounds via the WorldPay payment service. Crebit and Debit cards will be charged in British Pounds and converted to local currencies at the card providers daily rate.
Returns and Refund conditions
We can only currently accept returns from inside the United Kingdom.
You can return items within 14days of your receipt of order. You will need to notify us of your return by sending a message through the enquiry form on the Contact Us page on the website. Please include in the 'subject box' the words Customer Return - followed by your order number. In the 'message box' please include your full name and address (where the items were dispatched to) and indicate the reason why you are returning the item.
In order for us to accept your return please ensure the product is unused and returned with all the original packaging which should still be intact and unmarked. Please insure this is all packed in the same way it was delivered. Include the dispatch note (order paperwork) in your return so we can assign the return to your returns message. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and any items returned remain your responsibility until the reach our warehouse. We suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.
Refunds should take no longer than 7-10 days following receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. If you return your whole order we will refund the cost of the items and the cost of a standard delivery: express or other non standard shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order, the cost of the returned items will be refunded but shipping costs will not be refunded. If you reject your order and it is returned to us the cost of the returned items will be refunded but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
